Making money on Instagram in Morocco: what actually works
Four ways to monetise a fashion account in Morocco, what each one really pays, and the one to start with when you have nothing yet.
"Make money easily on Instagram" is everywhere, and that is exactly why it is worthless. What does exist are four concrete ways to turn an audience into income in Morocco. They do not ask for the same work, they do not pay at the same time, and they do not open at the same stage. Here they are, with honest orders of magnitude.
1. Affiliate: the only one that pays from day one
You share a product with a link or a code of your own. Every order placed through it earns you a commission. It is the only route that requires no minimum audience: one order is one commission, whether you have eight hundred followers or fifty thousand.
The upside: you start today. The downside: income tracks sales, not views. A story seen ten thousand times that triggers nothing earns nothing. That is also what makes the method honest — you are paid on a result, not on a promise.
At Modeacc the commission runs from 10 to 18 % of the basket depending on how many sales you make in the month. The full rate card is public, and the simulator lets you try your own assumptions before committing.
2. Content for brands (UGC): the best paid per hour
A brand pays you to produce photos or videos that it will publish itself, on its own account or as advertising. Your audience is not part of the deal: what is being bought is your production work.
It is the best paid route per hour of work, and the most open to small accounts — many UGC creators have fewer than two thousand followers. In exchange you have to prospect, invoice and chase. It is a supplier trade, not an influence one.

Here a brand pays to be seen by your community. This is the model people picture when they say "influence", and it is the one that arrives last: it needs an identifiable, engaged audience and a track record that reassures.
The thing to watch: a badly chosen partnership costs more than it brings. A community senses a convenient recommendation immediately, and lost trust does not come back.
4. Your own products: the longest, the most solid
Selling what is yours — a curated edit, a guide, a collaboration piece. Full margin, no dependence on a platform, but everything is yours to build: the product, the stock, the logistics, the customer service.
It is not a starting route. It is usually where the other three lead, once you know what your community actually buys.
Where to start, concretely
If you are starting from nothing: affiliate, without hesitation. It is the only one of the four that needs no audience, no prospecting and no stock. Above all it teaches you the most useful thing there is — what your community buys, and not merely what it looks at.
- Pick three to five pieces you would genuinely wear. A credible edit converts better than a catalogue.
- Post them worn, in real situations, not as catalogue shots. Your value is the context.
- Put the link or the code in one place, always the same one. A community needs to know where to look.
- Look at what sold after two weeks, not after two days. A fashion purchase is rarely decided the same day.
- Start again with what worked.
What does not work
- Buying followers. They buy nothing, and they sink the engagement rate that decides your reach.
- Posting twenty products a week. The community switches off and no product gets time to exist.
- Changing niche every month. What sells is a recognisable consistency.
- Waiting for the perfect account before starting. First sales come from ordinary accounts.

In short
None of these four routes is easy, and that is good news: what is easy is already crowded. Affiliate is simply the one that asks the least to begin, and tells you fastest what your audience is worth. The rest is built on top of it.
