The commission is calculated on the item value, excluding delivery, once the order is delivered and the 14-day return window has passed. The tier is recalculated at the start of each month on the previous month's sales.
Tracking rules
30-day attribution
A customer who clicks your link is attributed to you for 30 days, including if she completes her order in the app.
The code beats the link
If a promo code is entered at checkout, the commission goes to the creator who owns the code.
Returns deducted
A returned order leaves the pending balance. A commission already paid is never taken back.
No self-commission
Your own orders earn no commission, but do get the 30% creator discount.
Honest content
Partnership disclosure is required, no false promise on delivery time or stock.
