Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum number of followers?
No. We look at the quality of the posts and the engagement rather than the count. An account with 800 highly engaged followers is accepted as often as one with 50,000.
When am I paid?
On the 5th of each month, for every commission validated the previous month. A commission is validated when the order is delivered and the 14-day return window has passed.
What is the minimum payout?
300 MAD. Below that, the balance stays on your account and rolls into the next month.
How long is my link attributed?
30 days. If a customer clicks your link and orders within 30 days, the sale is yours, even through the app.
What if the customer uses another creator's code?
The code entered at checkout takes priority over the link. The creator who owns the code earns the commission.
Am I paid on returns?
No. A returned order is removed from the pending balance. Commissions already paid are never taken back.
Do you send free products?
From the Ambassador tier, a monthly selection is sent to you free of charge. Before that, you get −30% on your personal orders.
How do referrals work?
You share your referral link with another creator. As soon as she makes a first validated sale, your tier bonus is credited, and you earn 2% of her commissions for six months.
Can I work with other brands?
Yes, no exclusivity is required. We only ask that you do not compare Modeacc prices with a competitor's in a paid post.
How do I leave the programme?
From your space, Settings tab. The remaining balance is paid out at the next payout.
